Daily Use Contract
1. Requires $25 non-refundable deposit
2.It is the renter’s responsibility to notify all participants (coaches, players, parents, siblings, spectators, or anyone on the property) they must complete an online wavier prior to arriving for each person not just the athlete participating EVERYONE must have a wavier on file. You can choose Adult and Minor(s) when completing wavier to save time as it will allow you to put 1 adult and several minors on one wavier.
-You may complete a wavier on site for $5 per person. If anyone does not have a wavier on file they will not be permitted on premier pitch property that includes our outdoor turf area.

3.EVERYONE must check-in at our office prior to participating in any event (including use of outdoor turf area). This must be done EVERYTIME you enter Premier Pitch. It is the renter’s responsibility to enforce check-in with players, parents, and spectators. Anyone not checked in will be asked to leave. Each minor participant is allowed 1 adult free entry. Everyone else (except participant, coach, and 1 parent) is considered a spectator and will be charged $2 (kids 5 and under are free).
4.A parent must supervise any children not participating, this includes in our kids play area. Please do NOT leave your children unattended in any area. Renter will be responsible for excessive property damage by unattended children (video surveillance in use at all times). Play area/Viewing area should be cleaned and toys/ping pong equipment returned to proper location. Please do not leave areas messy as we have groups coming back to back (leave it the way you found it).
5. Kids are NOT allowed in the Gym or batting cages unless rented and an adult is present supervising. Kids found playing in gym/batting cages will be asked to leave without a refund.
6. When your rental time is over you must leave the area in a timely manner, so the next renter can enter, please be considerate. Please return any equipment used and clean area of water bottles, etc. The renter is responsible for making sure the area is clean and organized for the next group.
7. Do NOT enter via large side bay doors as these are for ventilation only please come through the main door and inside the office and check-in.
8. No one is allowed in the batting cages without a helmet.
9. No gum, sunflower seeds, or metal cleats are allowed (this includes our outdoor turf).
